Genoa Lead Cars

I'm considering replacing my Geneo Lead Cars from 'pinstop' version to an adjustable variant.
I have a few questions to you fellow sailors:

[*] Should I go for one with one (1:2) or two sheaves (1:4)
[*] How do you lead the traveler lines back to the cockpit. Do you have an eye at the rear end stop? Pictures?
[*] Do you use a Cam for locking the traveler lines. Where do you mount it?
[*] What dimensions do you use for the traveler lines?

Sorry can't get to the boat at the moment to check or get pictures but on our 39SQ :

a) 2 sheaves at each end so 1:4
b) line lead back via turning block under sprayhood to coachroof
c) yes jammer on shoulder of coachroof
d) think it's prob 8mm

I've found some youtube videos showing what you describe.
Do you know if there are any embedded metal sheets where the mounting block and the jammer are mounted?
