Hatch refurbishment or replacement?

I have a 1989 Dehler 36 CWS which is based in Greece. All the hatches have crazed plexiglass and are starting to leak around the glass and the locking handles. I'm not sure who the original supplier was, but the logo is a bear with skiis over his shoulder, and I think might be Easylock, the rope clutch people. I am interested to know if anyone knows who the original manufacturer was, and can hatches be refurbished if OEM parts are not available, or should I be looking to replace them?
